From the Department of External relations, we try to transmit the image of our company, and to strengthen, gain consensus and secure loyalty in the bonds between the different groups of interest to MRW: those co-operating with the MRW Central Office, Platforms and Divisions, Franchisees and MRW Franchise staff, Customers, suppliers, public and private institutions, and society in general, by supplying the company policies and carrying out co-ordinated, sustained communication actions.

Guides tours
From Monday to Friday, we give guided tours in the facilities of the Central Administration (in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona). These tours last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, and present: the history and evolution of the company; the secrets of the expansion and quality of the brand; the key points to the relationship between Franchiser and Franchisee; and the people management policies, the social commitment through the 13 social action plans and the service quality. Also visiting each and every one of the departments that make up the central administration, and other facilities such as the gymnasium, the solarium, leisure-internet room, etc. Solicitud de visita guiada.

Participation in lectures
Every year, MRW is invited to take part in more and more lectures in different entities such as: consultancies, universities, business schools, associations, professional clubs, etc., which all ask us to present our experience in policies related to human resources, corporate responsibility, quality management, commercial and logistic management, and the trajectory and evolution of the brand in the Franchise system. MERCO
The MERCO is an instrument that evaluates corporate reputation, similar to that published by Fortune in the United States or Management Today in the United Kingdom. It is the result of university research carried out under Professor Villafañe at the Complutense University, and an agreement between Villafañe & Associates and the Institute for Research and Analysis responsible for field work. The ninth edition was published in 2009, based on the response from:
- 15.000 managers of the large Spanish companies
- 140 financial analysts
- 105 members of different NGO's
- 100 members of unions
- 100 members of Consumer Associations
- 55 opinion leaders

MERCO draws up two rankings each year: the Spanish Corporate Reputation Monitor: the one hundred companies with the best reputation, and the Spanish Business Leadership Monitor: the one hundred best reputed leaders.
In the last 5 editions, MRW and Mr. Martín Frías as President, have been among the 25 companies and entrepreneurs with the best Corporate Reputation.
