Linked staff/employees

Today the MRW collective consists of more than 10,000 people. We are all aware that we are part of a large service company and this thought conditions our attitude to our customers and our social surroundings.

Internally we have developed various human resources management systems centred on staff motivation and qualifications, and on encouraging their participation in the future of the organisation and stimulating their pride in belonging to it.
