Pre-notification of delivery to the consignee
A message can be sent to the recipient's mobile phone with details of the delivery time to ensure that they are not out when the delivery is made.

Via E-mail
Consignment tracking file (only subscribers)
Receive an excel or text file, free of charge, with details of the status of all consignments made in the past 24 hours. This also includes reimbursements and shipment management.
To register for the Service, you must be a Subscriber.
Confirmation of delivery via E-mail
Receive confirmation of delivery free of charge.
This option will be available when you view consignments.
Via web
Your clients also have the option to track their consignments on-line from their own website Increased customer loyalty and satisfaction.
To register for the service, you must be a Subscriber.
Via telephone
Immediate confirmation of collection and/or delivery (not available for origin/destination in Andorra, Gibraltar and Portugal)
Immediate confirmation, via phone, of the delivery or collection at most ten minutes after it has taken place.
Charge per re-shipment: €4.90 per collection or delivery.
