For subscribed Clients: Collections from towns not more than 15 km from local office are not subject to additional kilometre charge. Towns over 15kmaway are not subject to additional kilometre charge provided that collection for the same day is requested before 2:00 p.m. or in the afternoon of the previous day. If the collection is for the same morning or collection is requested in the afternoon for that same afternoon and the town is more than 15 km away, please consult the additional kilometre charge to your office.
For non-subscribed Clients: The price for non-subscribers is increased by 10 % on the prices shown, except for Documents 2:00 p.m. (and any additional service), Pet Service (and additional services and supplements) and the additional Advances and Repayments service. For packages larger than onemetre (sum: length + height + width), the VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT is applied (length x height x width / 6000). If the VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT is less than the true weight, the TRUE WEIGHT should always be applied.
Packages with a total measurement of more than 250 cm are subject to an additional charge of €17.30, per package.
No Economic Service: Between Canary isles-Melilla and vice versa. Between Canary isles-Balearic isles and viceversa.
A non-hazardous contents certificate, a model of which will be provided by your office, must be attached to the consignment in a sealed envelope for the carriage of electronic appliances and suitcases to the Balearic isles using the Economic Service.
