The packaging of consignments must be safe enough to protect the contents during transport. All packaging should be made of suitably resistant material, particularly on the inside, and especially for fragile goods. Suitable packaging should be adequate to provide protection against possible knocks, vibrations, etc. The Shipper is responsible for ensuring goods are correctly packed.
