Express Today Service: Check collection and/or delivery times with your MRW Office.

Express 10:00 a.m. Service: *Delivery on Saturday (except Ceuta, Gibraltar and Melilla). Possibility of additional services for origin/destination Portugal and destination Formentera Island. For remaining destinations that involve customs clearance consult with your MRW Office.

Express Today Service, Express 8:30 a.m., Express 10:00 a.m., Express 12:00 a.m., Express 2:00 p.m. and Express 8:00 p.m./10:00 p.m.: The maximum transport weight is 40 kg per package and 250 cm adding length, height and width.

Express 7:00 p.m. Service: The maximum transport weight is 75 kg per package and 300 cm adding length, height and width.

Promotions Service: Additional delivery Service before 8.30 a.m. (check with your Office): €7.51

Economy Service: In this Service the billing unit is the kg. For packages which exceed 1 metre (add: length + height + width), volumetric weight is applied. If the volumetric weight is lower than the actual weight, always take the actual weight measurement.

Packages with dimensions that exceed 250 cm carry a surcharge of €17.30 per package.

The maximum transport weight is 75 kg per package and 300 cm adding length, height and width.

There is no Economy Service between Canaries-Melilla and vice versa or between Canaries- Balearics and vice versa.

For consignments using the Economy Service destined for the Balearic Islands, clients must attach a non-hazardous certificate to the shipment (except when sending documents) in a sealed envelope supplied by an MRW Office.

Balearic Sea Transport Service: For consignments to/from the Balearic Islands, with Andorra or Peninsular Spain. With a transit time of 48/72 hours, sea freight and rate per kg for parcels of 5 kg or more. For packages which exceed 1 metre (add: length + height + width), volumetric weight is applied. If the volumetric weight is lower than the actual weight, always take the actual weight measurement.

The maximum transport weight is 80 kg per package and 300 cm adding length, height and width.

Advances

Allows the advance of the sum of a purchase up to € 150 (service not available in Portugal).

6 % commission (minimum € 2.00, maximum € 50.00) on the sum advanced. Commission payable by party requesting advance.
Insurance for loss or misplacement included up to a maximum value of € 601.01.

Repayments

For consignments requiring express payment guarantee.

The sum to be returned is received by the sender by bank transfer within 3 working days after the delivery of the consignment and collection of the repayment. Hand delivery of bank cheque payable to order and payable into account if requested by the Customer.
Commission for this Service, irrespective of transport costs, is 6 % (minimum € 2.00, maximum € 50.00) of the quantity to be collected for subscribers and non-subscribers.
Commission is payable either at origin or destination, irrespective of who pays for the transport of the goods.
All consignments with Repayments are insured for loss or misplacement up to a maximum of € 601.01.
The sum to be collected on delivery of the consignment is payable in cash.
Portugal: for consignments with origin/destination in Portugal, commission may only be paid at origin and the sum to be returned is received by the sender by bank transfer within 4 working days after the delivery of the consignment and collection of the repayment. Hand delivery of bank cheque payable to order and payable into account if requested by the Customer.

Immediate confirmation

Immediate confirmation of collection or delivery within 10 minutes following completion of the transaction. Charge per shipment: €4.90 per collection or delivery. Not available for origin/destination in Andorra, Gibraltar and Portugal.

Consignment with handling

For consignments requiring processing. Additional charge of € 16.09. Please enquire about types of processing at your MRW Office.

Return of Customer delivery note

The Customer can request the return of medical prescriptions, his/her original delivery note or proforma invoices and/or a corresponding copy, stamped and/or signed by the sender, on which the content of the shipment delivered is specified in all cases. They are returned in a tamper-proof envelope designed for this purpose.

Next day delivery before 7:00 p.m. with an additional charge of € 1.62.

Option of "Saturday delivery" or "Delivery before 8.30 a.m." paying the corresponding supplement.

Return cheque Portugal

The Customer can request the return of cheques for consignments with origin/destination Portugal that need an urgent payment guarantee. They are returned in a tamper-proof envelope designed for this purpose.

Next day delivery before 7:00 p.m. and with additional charge of €3.05. Option of "Saturday delivery" or "Delivery before 8:30 a.m." paying the corresponding supplement (€7.21 and €7.51 respectively).

Saturday delivery

For deliveries on Saturdays.

Delivery times from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. for the Pet Service and for consignments to Portugal.
Delivery times from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.* for the Express 10 a.m., Express 12 a.m., Documents 2:00 p.m. and Promotions Services.
This service has an additional supplement of € 7.21 per shipment.
Pick up in Office before 1:00 p.m. at no extra charge.
Ceuta and Gibraltar: not available. Other destinations requiring customs clearance: only documents.

3rd city

Option to send consignment between 2 different Franchises other than subscriber's own.

Exclusive service for subscribers (except Pet Service), except on Documents 2:00 p.m., Economic, Portugal 48 and Promotions Services.
This service is not subject to any additional costs to the RP of the service requested.
